1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any of our test preparation programs (GMAT, GRE, SAT, IELTS, or others), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Class Access

  • Enrollment is considered complete upon payment of the applicable fees.
  • Students gain access to course materials, LMS portal, recordings, and live classes upon successful registration.
  • Course access continues until the student achieves their target score, as per our student support policy.
  • Switching between online, in-person, and hybrid modes is allowed, based on student preference and class availability.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full before course access is granted.
  • Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
  • In special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of MKS Education management.
  • Any applicable bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the student.

4. Use of Learning Materials

  • All class materials, videos, books, and LMS content are the intellectual property of MKS Education.
  • Students are granted personal, non-transferable access to these resources.
  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior in physical and virtual classrooms
  • Avoid any form of academic dishonesty or disruption
  • Use our LMS and resources for educational purposes only

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

6. Class Recordings and Data

  • All classes, whether online or in-person, are recorded for academic purposes.
  • These recordings are stored securely and accessible only to enrolled students via our LMS.
  • Recordings may not be downloaded or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MKS Education is not responsible for:

  • Any technical issues or delays caused by external service providers (e.g., internet outages, software bugs)
  • Failure to achieve a specific score or admission outcome
  • Loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of our services

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
